Refund policy

Returns
We think you’re going to love your nvenn products. However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 21 days of purchase. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To report a damaged product, quality or shipping issue, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Refunds 
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges 
Exchanges incur shipping charges and are offered on products of equal value. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nvenn.com and send your item will be sent to our Canadian warehouse.

Shipping
To return your product, send us an email at info@nvenn.com for return address. Return shipping labels are not provided. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
